great location helpful staff super clean hotel easy access
the location was fantastic. major attractions were within easy reach, and the hop-on and hop-off buses were close. the hotel was super clean. the staff were fluent in english and very helpful. i liked the luxury!

mediocre experience, some issues
calculation errors double charge
the location was acceptable with proximity to various attractions.
the night receptionist offered an unwarm welcome and made calculation errors during checkout. the hotel charged my card while also blocking amounts, it was as though i paid twice for breakfast. this double charge created inconvenience as my bank has not unblocked the initial amounts.
